At K- LON Tekno Polymers our manufacturing facility comprises of state-of-art manufacturing unit admeasuring 50,000 square feet built up area located at industrial township of Palghar 60 kilometres from Mumbai .As compounding Engineering polymers comprises of many raw materials and additives many of them being imported, it requires huge inventory to give consistent quality and uninterrupted supply.

Our thoughtfully planned facility comprises of three warehouses and main plant which consists of state of art imported German Twin Screw Technology known to be one of the best in industry.The entire facility is control by a robust and upgraded ERP system that seamlessly monitors and handles all stages of production right from raw material selection to dispatch, to ensure consistent quality, which is also backed by our modern state-of-art, high tech R&D cum quality control lab.
